Image analysis not working for my uploaded files

I'm trying to analyze an image but keep getting an error. The image is a PNG file from our recent campaign. Error message: "Unable to process image. Please try again." I've tried uploading multiple times. What could be wrong?

Let's troubleshoot this! Here are the most common causes:

Check These First:

  1. File Format
- Supported: JPG, PNG, WebP - NOT supported: SVG, PSD, AI, TIFF
  1. File Size
- Maximum: 10MB - If larger, resize or compress first
  1. Image Dimensions
- Very large images (over 4000x4000px) can cause issues - Try resizing to a smaller dimension
  1. File Corruption
- Try opening the image in another app to verify it's not corrupted - Re-save/export it and try again

Quick Test:
Try uploading a different image (like a simple screenshot) to see if the issue is with your specific file or something else.
